Children of all ages are invited to Trick or Treat at the National Firearms Museum on Friday, Oct. 30 from 4-7 p.m. and on Halloween Saturday, Oct. 31 from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Costumes are encouraged, and the event is free of charge.
The Museum’s galleries and the National Firearms Museum Store will remain open during the event.
The Museum will be tricked out with spooktacular decorations, and staff will scatter candy and goodies throughout the Museum’s 18 educational galleries. Grab your little ghosts and goblins – you don’t want to miss this “museum after hours” Halloween event!
“Museum staff will be on hand to answer your questions about our collection,” Museum Director Jim Supica said. “Additionally, adults are welcome to complimentary donuts and cider. We hope you’ll make plans to attend.”
The NRA National Firearms Museum is located at NRA Headquarters, 11250 Waples Mill Road, Fairfax, Virginia.
